Christopher R. Keener is an American citizen who has lived in Japan for fifteen years and is fluent in the Japanese language. Dr. Keener has over ten years of business consulting experience in Japan. He holds a Sc.B. in Computer Science from Brown University and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley where he received fellowships from the National Science Foundation, Fulbright, and the US Department of Education.
